Sebastien Garcin is an industrial product designer from Manosque, in the south of France. He studied in India then in Spain. He is now based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Offering design services for product and interior design such as furniture, lighting and decor to private and professional clients. For residential and commercial projects aiming at creating more pleasurable and unique environments to live in. His multiple experiences with crafts allow him to design for fabrication and build working prototypes. He collaborates with a network of local craftsmen and professionals to realize his designs. He aims to brings back personality to objects and interiors to restore the relationship of affection and comfort with their users. To feel more connected and at ease to the lifestyle items surrounding us. Education Bachelor industrial product designer IED Madrid, Foundations of industrial design at ISD Supinfocom, in Pune, India, Commerce International at ISMC la Cadenelle, Marseille.

Mandala Clock Making Workshop

Have you ever wanted to make your a wall clock all by yourself? But didn’t know how to?!
Make for yourself or gift one this festive season!
You can now learn how to make your own Mandala Clock but with a twist ~ we will use a Laser cutter to make the clock. 
Laser cutters are versatile machines used by Artists, Designers, Engineers to visualise things in 3D. Its a form of digital fabrication when met with creativity can result in exciting things!
What you will learn?
1. How to Design a mandala.
2. Introduction to use a vector software.
3. Learn to engrave using RDworks software.
4. Learn to use a laser cutter to cut your design.
* Materials will be provided to all participants.
1. Please wear Sturdy  footwear.
2. Tie long hair into a bun.
3. Wear full hands cotton clothes.
3. Notepad for sketching, taking notes.
Age: 13+

3. Access to the lab and tools.
