Acceptance and Confirmation

By accepting the offer to join the Course/Program, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein.
A confirmation email from your end is required to proceed with the program.

The program fee is mandatory and must be paid in full or through an EMI plan offered by our partnered banks.
The first installment of the program fee or approval of the EMI plan is required to begin the onboarding process.
The program fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

We have partnered with select banks to offer EMI options for the program fee.
While Makers Asylum receives the full payment upfront from the banks, participants must adhere to the EMI repayment schedule agreed upon with the bank.
Failure to comply with the EMI repayment terms may result in penalties or additional charges as per the bank’s policy.

Timely payment of all installments or adherence to the EMI plan is crucial for continued participation in the program.
Failure to make timely payments or EMI installments may result in suspension or termination of your participation in the program.

The program fee for “[Course/Program Name]” is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations like:
- Withdrawing from the program after enrollment.
- Missing deadlines or not meeting program requirements.
We encourage you to carefully review the program description, syllabus, and FAQs before enrolling to ensure it aligns with your expectations.

Scholarships are not available if the technical interview scheduling deadlines are missed.
No scholarships will be provided for applications that do not meet the specified deadlines.
Maker skill courses do not offer scholarships. Scholarships for other programs are subject to internal validation and may not be available for all applicants.

The onboarding process will commence within 24-48 hours after receiving your confirmation and the first installment of the program fee or EMI plan approval.
The onboarding process includes alignment with our backend scheduling platform and the shipping of necessary kits.

Shipping of Hardware Kits

Hardware kits required for the program will be shipped to participants after the completion of the onboarding process.
Participants must provide accurate shipping information to ensure timely delivery.
Maker’s Asylum is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information provided by the participant.
Participants are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to the shipment of the hardware kits.

Active participation and engagement in all program activities are expected.
Participants must adhere to the schedules and deadlines provided by the program coordinators.

Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect towards peers, mentors, and staff.
Any form of misconduct or violation of the program’s code of conduct may result in immediate termination of your participation without a refund.

Any intellectual property created during the program shall be subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the start of the program.

Makers Asylum is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the course of the program.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

Makers Asylum reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Participants will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.

By confirming your participation in our Programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
